What is your educational background?
Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from University of Louisville, CSCS, Certified Pre- and Post-natal Coach.

What is the most rewarding thing about being a Coach at TFW Louisville?
Seeing people notice a change in their daily life. Take my dad for example. When he started working out he would notice simple things like being able to go up and down the stairs and not be out of breath. Or to work in the garage and change the oil in his car without any problem. Obviously it’s awesome when people lose weight or hit a PR or reach those kind of goals but for them to experience other changes that improve their life, that’s ultimately the most rewarding thing about what I do. I want to help people live their best life, be healthy, confident and do the things they want to do for as long as they want to do them.

If you could share one single piece of advice or encouragement to someone thinking about improving their health and wellness, what would that be?
Change one thing at a time. It all starts with one small step in the right direction.
